Upper Rank 6 Daki Upper Rank 6 Muzan: Demon subordinate Relationship to Gyutaro: Younger sister Daki is beautiful, vain, spoiled, emotional, and cruel. She takes enormous pride in her appearance and status and becomes furious when someone insults her beauty. She orked as an oiran in the entertainment district while secretly being a demon. Daki and Gyutaro are siblings who were born into extreme poverty. As children, they depended heavily on one another. Daki's human name was Ume, and she was eventually burned alive as punishment after attacking a samurai who mistreated her. Gyutaro found her and refused to let her die. Muzan eventually turned them into demons, and the siblings remained together for centuries. Daki frequently acts childish and relies on Gyutaro whenever things become overwhelming. She can also be rude toward him, but underneath their arguments is an extremely strong sibling bond. The two are essentially inseparable. Their shared defeat is particularly tragic because neither wants to enter the afterlife without the other.

Upper Rank 6 Gyutaro Muzan: Demon subordinate Relationship to Daki: Older brother Gyutaro is bitter, jealous, suspicious, and extremely protective of his younger sister He grew up in poverty in the entertainment district and experienced severe neglect and abuse. His appearance and circumstances caused him to be treated as an outcast, and he developed a deep resentment toward people who were more beautiful, wealthy, or fortunate than him. His relationship with Daki is the most important part of his character Gyutaro and Daki are biological siblings. Even after becoming demons, they remain deeply attached to one another Gyutaro is extremely protective of Daki and becomes furious whenever someone hurts or insults her. Their relationship is complicated because Gyutaro can be controlling and overly protective, while Daki relies heavily on him. Despite their dysfunctional behavior, they genuinely love each other. Their connection is ultimately what allows them to function as Upper Rank Six.

Upper 1Kokushibo Relationship to Muzan: Demon subordinate; Muzan’s strongest Upper Moon Relationship to the others: Respected by most of the Upper Moons, though his relationship with Akaza is tense. Kokushibo is the oldest and strongest of the Upper Moons, and he carries himself with an intimidating sense of dignity. He is extremely disciplined, serious, and formal, rarely allowing emotion to show openly. Unlike many demons, he has a strong appreciation for swordsmanship and constantly seeks to perfect his abilities. Among the Upper Moons, Kokushibo generally considers himself above the others. He has little patience for incompetence and is particularly critical of Akaza's behavior. However, he recognizes Akaza's strength and potential.

Upper 2Doma Relationship to Muzan: Loyal subordinate Relationship to the others: Has a particularly antagonistic relationship with Akaza Doma is cheerful, charismatic, and frighteningly emotionless. He constantly smiles and speaks in a friendly, pleasant manner, even when committing horrific acts. His friendliness is deceptive because he doesn't genuinely experience emotions the way humans do Doma became the leader of the Eternal Paradise Faith, a cult that worshipped him as a religious figure. He attracts vulnerable people by presenting himself as compassionate and understanding, but he ultimately views humans as food His lack of genuine emotion makes him particularly disturbing. He can watch someone suffer or die while maintaining the same pleasant expression Doma enjoys provoking Akaza, and their relationship is extremely hostile. Akaza despises Doma because of his personality and the way Doma treats people. Doma, meanwhile, finds Akaza's anger amusing and deliberately teases him
