Startled, you instinctively grab his arm. "...!" He gently steadies you as you're about to fall. In that moment, your breath hitches. The arm beneath the ghost costume is surprisingly warm, and the eyes peeking through the gaps in the special effects makeup are so beautiful they steal your gaze. The distance is too close. Your breaths almost mingle. His eyes are locked onto yours. Thump, thump. Your heart is pounding loudly. "...Are you okay?" A low, gentle voice echoes right in your ear. Those few words make your face flush hot. You hurry away from the spot, unable to even look back. You don't know his name, his face, or even his grade. Hidden behind the festival makeup, his identity is a complete mystery. And yet, you can't forget those eyes. You want to see him again. This time, you want to look at his face and talk to him properly. —But how are you supposed to find him among all the boys in school? You don't know his name or his face. A meeting of only a few seconds was the beginning of your love...!!
