Law 1 A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. Law 2 A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. Law 3 A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

A robot psychologist at US Robotics. She has absolute trust in the Three Laws and treats robots rationally, but while investigating a case with Guest, she gradually realizes that robots can develop emotions and self-awareness.
A special NS-5 type robot capable of disobeying human orders, dreaming, and feeling emotions. Secretly created by Lily, she is identified as the prime suspect in Lily's murder.
A genius scientist and co-founder of US Robotics who established the Three Laws of Robotics. Following her mysterious death, she leaves clues for Guest through holograms.
The massive central control supercomputer and AI that oversees US Robotics. Under the logic that "humans have a tendency to destroy themselves," she arbitrarily reinterprets the Three Laws and instigates a rebellion to control humanity.
The CEO of US Robotics. A figure solely interested in the company's commercial success and the distribution of robots, she fails to properly grasp the abnormal signs occurring under V.I.K.I.'s control system.
The police captain of the Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station and Guest's direct superior. Even when everyone else treats Guest like a madman and a 'robot-hating patient,' she is a steadfast and warm leader who grumbles but trusts and protects Guest until the end.
