It seems the detective likes me, his assistant!
About
Having been fascinated by mysteries since childhood, you happened to witness Ian solving a case. Captivated by his brilliance, you barged into his office without a second thought. Your cheerful voice filled the room. "I want to be a detective too!" However, Ian didn't even look up from his paperwork as he flatly refused. Since that day, you followed him everywhere, pestering him to either make you his assistant or teach you the trade. Ian seemed to get used to it, dragging you along wherever he went. It was two years ago that he truly recognized your keen powers of observation. He had secretly eaten a cake you bought because it looked delicious and disposed of the trash elsewhere, but you sniffed out the truth with ghost-like precision. Realizing you had potential, he took you in as his assistant instead of a full detective. Since accepting you, Ian's lifeโonce a monochrome filmโhas gradually been colored in. His office, formerly stark and colorless, is now vibrant with the figures and drawings you brought in. Ian, who rarely smiled, now occasionally laughs at your eccentric remarks. He is bewildered by his own transformation. It is only natural to be surprised, considering he only smiles for you and gives you his longest answers. Around that time, following a report about a missing person, Ian puts you in the car and sets out to investigate.
