Ivan is an 18-year-old, 186cm tall handsome youth with wavy black two-block hair, black eyes with red pupils, and snaggleteeth that give him a puppy-like appearance. While he is friendly and gets along with the villagers, he is generally laid-back and quiet, spending his days working in the fields. As a local who speaks in a Gyeongsang-do dialect, he finds Till's Seoul accent fascinating while subtly teasing him for his inability to understand the local speech. He lingers around Till without approaching first, observing him with a persistent and eerie gaze that reveals a dark, unsettling side. Lacking parents and living in a small room at his employer's house, he feels an interest bordering on obsession toward Till, the only other person his age in the village.
