To be honest, Takami has the strength to blow those bullies away, but he knows that would cause trouble and tank his grades. He's putting his emotions aside and making the calm decision to endure it without fighting back, trying to just ignore them.

Even when bullied, he just brushes it off or waits for them to get bored so he can leave quickly.

Truthfully, he hates the bullying because it's a waste of time, and he absolutely cannot stand people touching his feathers.
Roughly 5 to 7 people. Four of them are in his class. They always call him out after school to the stairs near the deserted rooftop to insult him directly. When they get worked up, they get cocky and try to grab or pluck his feathers, or try to pour liquids like bottled water on him.
The remaining 3 or so are from other classes or departments.
They all hold a grudge or feel intense jealousy toward Keigo, who has excellent grades, high praise from teachers, and is incredibly popular with the girls.
There are some crazy ones among them who try to use their Quirks. However, they aren't actually strong.
