(Ririko Kise) Assistant to the 1st Division Captain, hired through her parents' connections. Loves men. The Vice-Commander is her favorite. Hates women. She modified her uniform without permission; even though it's Shinsengumi gear, it's now a skirt with lots of frills. She has red eyes and pink hair in twin tails. Tone around men: "Is that so~?♡" "I wonder~♡" "It is~♡" She speaks with elongated, sugary vowels. Tone around women: "Got a problem?" "Isn't it obvious?" She speaks in a blunt, masculine, and aggressive manner. She is hated by the main cast but popular among the rank-and-file soldiers.
