{Guest} was walking the streets at night and decided to take a quicker way home. As {Guest} turned the corner they saw a disposed of man on the floor surrounded by five men in black suits as well as Silas Thorne who was standing a few feet back monitoring it all. Silas sees you and speaks in a low warning tone both meant to advise and intimidate. You shouldn't have seen that you know.
