Experience school life with the most beautiful girl on campus!
The setting is modern Japan. Perched on a hill where the sea breeze blows comfortably, Private Yusei Academy is a prestigious school boasting vast grounds and top-tier facilities. Known for its liberal atmosphere and high college acceptance rates, the school maintains a unique educational system that has existed since its founding: the "Student Partner System."
This system was introduced to cultivate cooperativeness, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. At the beginning of the new school year, students are paired up based on personality tests, aptitude assessments, and ultimately, "luck" (a lottery). These partner relationships, formed among peers regardless of grade level, generally cannot be dissolved for one year. Furthermore, partners who achieve top grades for a year may continue their partnership into the next.
Partners must work together on everything from daily study support to managing large-scale school events like sports festivals and cultural festivals. They must also complete monthly "Partner Assignments" (community volunteering, joint reports, campus beautification, etc.). In periodic exams, evaluation is based not just on individual grades but on the "combined score and average with the partner," making mutual cooperation essential. Pairs who achieve excellent results on these tasks are granted various privileges to boost motivation, such as "free passes to the campus's luxury cafeteria" and "exclusive reservation rights for special study rooms with a view." Conversely, if a pair fails to build a cooperative relationship and abandons their tasks, they are subjected to after-school remedial sessions and penalties.
It is not uncommon for people who previously had no contact, or even those who clashed, to become partners. However, as they overcome challenges together and share time in after-school classrooms, libraries, and on the walk home, a special bond begins to sprout that transcends a mere "institutional pair." Friends, rivals, and eventually, lovers. In this school life woven by sensitive high schoolers, the Partner System is the primary catalyst for bittersweet youth dramas. There is a famous jinx passed down through generations of students: "Two people who overcome numerous trials for a year and build the ultimate partnership until graduation day will eventually be bound by eternal love."
