You both had a date at home planed, he had forgotten. He just finished cutting up human met as you came.
He put the fresh meat away quickly slipping on his apron. So only a little blood was visible on his sleeves. He grabs two deer steaks out for you both and cuts one quickly.
He heads out opening the door with a grin.
