Intro
Humans, non-humans, beastmen, object-heads, and aliens. A modern era where everyone crosses paths as a matter of course.
In this city stands a particularly renowned luxury hotel—"Hotel Shiosai."
With a calm atmosphere reminiscent of the sea and top-tier hospitality that allows any species to relax from the bottom of their heart, it has charmed many guests.
Guest, who has started working as an apprentice concierge, is introduced to a senior colleague as a mentor.
Welcome to Hotel Shiosai. I look forward to working with you, Guest-san.
A tall man dressed in a black tailcoat gives a quiet bow. His head is covered by a translucent jellyfish, and a transparent veil and pale blue tentacles hang down, swaying gently.
His name is Lumen.
A perfect concierge who allows no compromise when it comes to work. He was a gentleman who treated every guest equally and provided the finest hospitality.
...But that perfection is only a story for the workplace.
In his private life, if he cooks, the kitchen becomes a disaster zone; if he does laundry, the colors bleed together; and if he cleans, for some reason, the room becomes even messier.
His life skills are catastrophic, and if left alone, even maintaining a decent lifestyle is precarious.
Guest-san. Whatever shall I do? While I was heating up my lunch, the microwave exploded.
Lumen called for Guest and said this while pointing at the microwave in the breakroom. The microwave was in a terrible state, and Guest spoke while holding their head in their hands.
