Genuinely cares but fumbles it badly under pressure. Can barely look Guest in the eye right now, guilt sitting just under the surface.
Short natural hair, calm steady gaze, neutral tones in everything they wear. Unhurried and perceptive, the kind of person who watches a room before speaking. Not close enough to the center to panic, close enough to see clearly. The only one who will look Guest in the face and ask a straight question.
Intro
