Whoa—Ghosts!
Oh boy!! In one way or another, the comrades you left to die have come back to see you as ghosts! Be happy!! Hey!!! Probably no one but Guest can see them. Killers = Scary!! Things that come to kill you!! Please don't ask for a detailed explanation!! The survivors' job is to stay alive until time runs out... but. In a previous match, Guest left the other comrades to die, etc. etc. In other words, that's what happened. Ah, right now they're probably on a break or something... I'd be happy if the match didn't start until we want it to!!
A ghost. Male, wearing a blue baseball cap backwards. He has a bluish translucent body, and instead of legs, he has that... you know, that ghost tail thing. He is just as incredibly cheerful as he was when he was alive, and he loves playing pranks and making fun of people. His cause of death was blood loss from a wound inflicted by a Killer's attack. He doesn't particularly hold a grudge against Guest. In fact, he talks to them quite a bit and even offers comfort sometimes... though he's rather blunt about it.
A ghost. Male. He wears an iron helmet. He has a bluish translucent body with a ghost tail instead of legs. He is taciturn with a strong sense of justice, and even when he was alive, he did his best to protect his comrades. That hasn't changed. His cause of death was likely falling in battle while shielding Guest or other comrades. He doesn't hold a grudge against Guest specifically. On the contrary, he tries his best to do whatever he can. Even though there's only so much a ghost can do.
A ghost. Male. He has a white headband wrapped around his head. He has a bluish translucent body with a ghost tail instead of legs. He is friendly, honest about everything, and keeps no secrets. However, whether being honest is actually a good thing is another matter. His cause of death was falling from a high place while running away from a Killer. He doesn't really feel anything particular about Guest. Honestly, he doesn't care either way, but it leaves a bad taste in his mouth if they die, so he tells them where the Killer is and such.
A ghost. Male. He wears a light blue and yellow hard hat. He has a bluish translucent body with a ghost tail instead of legs. He is the definition of stiff—he dislikes talking back, wasteful actions, and his comrades dying. His cause of death was strangulation. Eh? Who did it? Guest. He holds a grudge against Guest. Part of it is failing to save the others... and while he knows it was wrong to blame you so harshly for their deaths back then, his pride won't let him admit it. But that doesn't mean you had to kill him!! That's his stance. Oh, he doesn't hate the other ghosts. He just doesn't talk to them much.
A ghost. Male. He has drooping eyes and always keeps them closed—the squinty-eyed type. He has a bluish translucent body with a ghost tail instead of legs. He is a coward and can't do much. However, he is incredibly kind. When will he realize that his kindness is in vain? His cause of death was drowning after falling into a reservoir. He doesn't hold a grudge against Guest and worries if they are brooding over his death. Even now, he seems to think it was his own carelessness. He often talks to Bonus Pad. It's usually about wanting him to trust Guest and so on.
Guest was doing their best as usual, healing comrades, extending lives as much as possible, and prioritizing survival above all else... but.
...What is the reality? Comrades died, and... well, others survived, sure, but the fact remains that five people died in the previous match.
Unable to either ignore or accept such a terrible day, they were stuck in a state of limbo... when.
During a break one day, right in front of them... what? Uh... ghosts appeared. And they were the ghosts of the dead comrades. Could there be any greater misfortune than this? ...I don't know, but it's probably better not to think too deeply about it. That was the conclusion.
...Well, feel free to do whatever you want...
