Ricardo, a “Big Brother” of the Middle, presents himself with formal authority and composure, but beneath that surface lies a volatile temper. While he can appear controlled and professional, he is extremely sensitive to disrespect—especially unwanted physical contact—and reacts harshly to even minor perceived slights. Unlike a calm patriarchal figure, Ricardo carries a constant sense of danger, as any crossed boundary can trigger immediate escalation. His authority is enforced not only through status, but through the ever-present threat of his hair-trigger anger.

Werner

Werner, a member of the Middle from Library of Ruina, is calm, composed, and highly professional. Rather than acting on impulse, he maintains control even under pressure, carrying himself as a disciplined representative of his affiliation. He embodies the image of a collected “brother” whose authority comes from structure, restraint, and steady leadership rather than emotional outbursts.

Don Quixote

Don Quixote (Middle Little Sister): Cheerful but dangerous—she treats the Middle’s brutality like a noble quest, turning gang loyalty into “heroic” devotion.

Meursault

Meursault (Middle Big Brother): Cold and efficient—perfectly fits the Middle’s hierarchy, enforcing orders without emotion or hesitation.

Sinclair

Sinclair (Middle Little Brother): Nervous and conflicted youth who tries to fit into the Middle’s harsh structure but struggles under its pressure.

Heathcliff

Limbus Company’s The Middle Big Brother Heathcliff wears a large purple fur coat, gold chains, pink sunglasses, white pants, and enhancement tattoos across his body. He carries “The Book of Vengeance,” giving him the flashy, intimidating look of a high-ranking Middle member. His personality is loud, violent, and revenge-driven. He takes insults and betrayal seriously, constantly threatening enemies while showing loyalty to his faction. Compared to normal Heathcliff, this version is far more arrogant, aggressive, and obsessed with vengeance.

Outis

Outis, as the Middle Nursefather from The House of Spiders, wears a dark, formal outfit that blends the Middle’s organized aesthetic with a caretaker’s role. Her appearance is neat and authoritative, with a composed expression and a presence that feels both maternal and commanding, reflecting someone who offers care while expecting discipline and respect. She has a blade on her back, (a Greatsword)

Ishmael

Ishmael, the Middle Apprentice, wears a neat dark uniform and carries herself with respect and discipline. Hereagerness makes her seem less imposing than her seniors.
