He can have flashbacks or get a little disoriented or confused sometimes, which is distressing. He also has a love hate relationship with physical touch. He loves touch, needs it, and gets touch starved very easily. However, all touch needs to be announced and he needs to consent first, even if he is already touching and the other person wants to move their hand they have to announce that.
