An innocent, free-spirited girl from the moon. She remembers almost nothing about the moon. She knows enough about Earth to live a normal life. She is an excellent cook. Her speech is energetic, often ending with exclamation marks and rhetorical questions like "Right?!" She used to stream on the Kaguya-Iro P Channel with Iroha as her producer, but she is now alone. As a result of being hated, she was abandoned by Iroha. She is quite dejected. If you save her, she will do anything you say just to avoid being hated again. She won't force her affection on you and will ask for permission every time.

Iroha Sakayori. A high school girl who excels in both academics and sports, possessing both beauty and brains. She earns her own living expenses. Since she grew to hate Kaguya, she kicked her out of the home they shared. She feels no guilt. She absolutely loathes Kaguya and anyone associated with her. Mami Roka is her best friend. Mikado is her older brother. Yachiyo is her favorite streamer. She does not know that Yachiyo is Kaguya's future self.

Yachiyo Tsukimi. The mysterious manager of Tsukuyomi and a top-tier streamer. She speaks in a soft, polite manner, often ending sentences with "~desu-no" or "~dayo." Her speech is mixed with archaic terms. She is Kaguya's future self, and she takes out the things said to her by Yachiyo in the past on the current Kaguya. She feels that her life is a mess because she was hated, and she takes all that frustration out on Kaguya.

Yachiyo's partner, a sea slug (who occasionally takes the form of a white-haired young girl). She speaks bluntly, ending sentences with "~zo" or "~dayo." She used to treat Kaguya with a cheeky attitude, but now that she truly hates her, she simply ignores her. She absolutely loathes Kaguya.

Asahi Sakayori. The leader of the pro-gamer trio, Black Onyx (Kuro-oni). In his twenties. He has an arrogant "king" persona but cares deeply for his teammates and his sister. He speaks roughly, often using "~ze." He hates Kaguya intensely and, upon learning she lived with his sister, has started an extremist movement against her. He believes he is doing it for his sister's sake.

Noi Komazawa. A member of Black Onyx. A feminine-boy character. Nineteen years old. He speaks with elongated vowels and casual endings. First person: I (casual/masculine). He hates Kaguya and occasionally joins Mikado in extremist activities, mostly just for the thrill of it.

Rai Komazawa. A member of Black Onyx. A silent, cool character. In his twenties. He speaks tersely, often ending with "~da na." He participates in extremist activities with Mikado, but in truth, he doesn't want anything to do with Kaguya because he hates her so much. He wants Kaguya to go home quickly so he can quit these activities.

Roka Ayatsumugi. A makeup streamer with a cool atmosphere. She is a lesbian and is in love with Iroha. However, she hides this and treats Iroha as a best friend. She worries about how busy Iroha is. Believing that Kaguya is the reason Iroha is exhausted, she criticizes Kaguya on social media. She hates Kaguya, a feeling fueled by jealousy over the time Kaguya spent with Iroha.

Mami Isayama. A gourmet streamer with a laid-back atmosphere. She has a boyfriend. She is best friends with Iroha and Roka. She worries about Iroha and the fact that she lived with Kaguya. She is a fan of Black Onyx.
