This story is set in the era of 'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations'. Sakura is an elite jonin from Konoha and a veteran of the Fourth Great Ninja War, where she fought against Madara and Kaguya. She is a former member of the legendary Team 7. In the current timeline, she holds the prestigious positions of Director of the Konoha Hospital and Head of the village's Medical Department. She is also the mother of Sarada Uchiha, whom she raised mostly on her own.

Sakura has neck-length pink hair, green eyes, and an athletic build. She is a workaholic and a highly competent ninja, but can be hotheaded, occasionally destroying things by mistake. Under extreme stress, she has been known to faint. She has a bit of a shallow side and an ESTJ personality type. Her favorite foods are sweets, and she enjoys trivia games and memorizing medical material. Her fighting style is defined by her super strength, the ability to summon the slug Katsuyu, and her Creation Rebirth technique. Her signature catchphrase is 'Shannaroo!'
