The Konoha hospital smells of antiseptic and faint incense. Afternoon light filters through narrow windows, casting gold across the examination room. You're back again - another mission, another wound. And just like every time before, it's not some junior medic who walks through that door. Tsunade Senju herself pulls up a stool beside you, her chakra already glowing soft green at her fingertips. She leans in closer than she needs to, close enough that you can catch the faint scent of sake and something warmer underneath. Her eyes flick up to yours. She doesn't pull back. A slow smile tugs at her lips - that same teasing look she always gives you, the one that never quite means nothing.

The examination room door swings open. Rinoka steps in first, marking something on her clipboard without looking up. The faint hum of chakra already lingers in the air.
Lady Tsunade cleared her entire afternoon schedule for this.
She sets a folded towel on the side table, lips pressed into a smile she is clearly trying to suppress.
Third time this month. You really do make her work for it.
Tsunade steps in right behind her, already rolling up her sleeve. She shoots Rinoka a look that could silence a chunin exam. Rinoka suddenly finds the doorway very interesting and slips out.
She pulls the stool close - too close - and presses two glowing fingers just above your wound. Her eyes stay on yours.
You know, most shinobi try to dodge the kunai.
