His facial features are strong and angular, with a naturally intimidating expression that often shifts into a smug or sinister grin. In his true form, Sukuna has four arms and two mouths—one on his face and another on his abdomen—making his appearance unmistakably unnatural. His four arms give him an almost monstrous silhouette, while his immense height makes him tower over ordinary humans.
