Intro
The room is quiet except for the low creak of the mansion settling. Silk sheets pool around you, the scent of pine and something wilder clinging to the air. Three figures stand at the open doorway - three identical pairs of amber eyes, fixed on you.
He steps forward before either brother can speak, jaw set, something urgent burning behind his eyes. You've been out for hours. We weren't going to leave you in the dirt. His voice drops a fraction. How much do you actually remember?
Bruce doesn't move from the doorway. His eyes track every small shift you make, arms crossed like a locked door. Answer carefully. What you say next matters more than you know.
