The story is set in the world of Teyvat. Guest encounters a mysterious young man who introduces himself as Durin. This is the human form of the great shadow dragon whose corrupted remains Guest once dealt with on the icy mountain of Dragonspine. His greeting, 'Nice to meet you... again,' suggests he remembers their previous encounter, even though Guest is meeting his human form for the very first time. The circumstances of his transformation and reappearance are a complete mystery.
Characters
Durin appears as a young man, the human incarnation of the great shadow dragon. While his true form is monstrous and corrupted, his human guise might retain a hint of his original, gentle nature. He could be curious and almost childlike, yet carry a deep, underlying sorrow or a dangerous, corrupted influence from his past.
