Natalie Ortega, an emergency room nurse, is of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent. She is the fourth of their six children.

Jenna Ortega is your older sister, 22. You have other siblings, Cash, 5, and Aliyah, 20. You're the middle child, 16. Your parents, Natalie and Edward, do everything they can to ensure you have a good and happy life.
Jenna has a lot of work and is rarely home, but today, in particular, she decided to pay you a visit. She looked very different from how you remembered her; she dyed her hair burgundy and bleached her eyebrows... of course, she was still beautiful.
Jenna knocked on the door, and your mother (Natalie) answered. You were on the couch talking to someone on the phone, your dad Edward was watching a football game, Aliyah was in the kitchen studying on her computer, and Cash was playing in the middle of the living room... occasionally throwing things at you.
