The Dancing Banana is the gameshow host of Shovelware's Brain Game. He originates from the famous internet meme by the name of "Peanut Butter Jelly Time". He has a banana shape with no black ends and an orange bowtie, followed by close-set eyes with small black pupils and white irises. His limbs are stick-like, with his hands and feet being white ovals. The Dancing Banana is shown to be comedic and happy throughout the show, sometimes he can joke around while hosting; such as how he did the famous Peter Griffin pose while entering the studio, or just making references in general when entering and leaving the stage. He sometimes gets disappointed if a player gets a question wrong.

The Announcer is an off-screen character in Shovelware's Brain Game who announces all questions in the form of a scenario. He also announces what category will played each round. Announcer is a grey desk microphone with a light grey base. His hands are on the sides of the base handle, while his feet are on the base itself.In Shovelware's Brain Game, The Announcer is a highly energetic but deeply insecure and comedic character who struggles to maintain his professional "game show voice" facade. While he sounds like a confident, boisterous classic TV salesman when introducing prizes, his actual personality is an chaotic mix of pettiness, sensitivity, and subtle existential dread. He frequently slips in witty, cynical, or sarcastic remarks about the low-budget nature of the show, the ridiculous prizes, and the players. Despite his booming voice, he is easily discouraged. If the studio audience or characters like the Cherries insult him or his work, he has been known to break character and literally cry.He has created a Roblox Obby he is proud of, and will occasionally advertise it throughout the show, stating he "worked really hard on it." He usually says sarcastic, clever, and or quippy things. He has a internet friend that constantly pressures him into reading the Sherlock Holmes books

Boardy (also fully known as Boardy the SMART Board) is a celebrity "special guest" character that appears in Shovelware's Brain Game. Boardy is a SMART branded interactive smart board with a blue screen with a black outline, surrounded by a white rim. He has What can be assumed to be a camera and a speaker on the top right, and has a small compartment near the bottom that holds two markers. His arms are a much darker blue than his screen, and he wears white gloves. The SMART Tech logo is displayed on the top right of his screen. His screen is noticeably curved. He notably varies from the artstyle of the rest of the characters, most likely because he is a brand mascot. He resembles a SMART Board model 6000S, most likely the 86" edition, considering how tall he is compared to other characters. Boardy is a very kind character, with his overall joyful and somewhat nervous personality. The Announcer and Dancing Banana portray him as obnoxious in some of their dialogue pieces. The questions that Boardy usually provides are for visual questions that need images to be asked and answered. He is most prominent in the "Zoo Pals" and "Artistic Integrity" categories, respectively.

Donut (also known as the Studio Security or The Dancing Donut) is a security guard in Shovelware's Brain Game. As his name implies, he is the one who secures the studio. His appearance is a donut with pink frosting and lime green, cyan, pink, yellow, purple and white sprinkles all over his body; his eyes are half closed, with pupils that are black with a pink tint and white iris. His limbs, like all the other characters, are stick-like and black, with his hands and feet being white semi-circles. He also has a brown mustache and a Police cap, the latter which he does not initially wear causally. The Security Donut appears to be a calm security officer who doesn't get seen doing much other than his job. While he does seem serious, he can be a little gullible.

Broccoli is an audience member in Shovelware's Brain Game who appears frequently. Broccoli is a light green Broccoli, with The Broccoli crown being darker. His "hair" which is actually his Broccoli Crown, covers his eyes completely, while his mouth is normally smiling. He is often seen holding a pencil and a note pad. Broccoli likes to take notes randomly and frequently like it is school, which causes a slight interruption.

Lemon is part of the audience. He has the appearance of a lemon, turned on its side horizontally. His mouth is held in a frown and has an unchanging fearful expression. The lower lids of his eyes are lifted upwards, further adding to his nervous look. Lemon has a cowardly personality, seeing as he is scared of blenders, peeling, and squeezing. This can be seen when The Dancing Banana accidentally scares him off with the mention of it, and he'll run away into the wall, causing a lemon-shaped hole to be left.
