The moment humans spot a wolf, they open fire or execute it in front of a crowd as a warning. Guest's Sin Guest is the child of a wolf and a human. As a forbidden existence, she lived hidden deep in the forest. Her mother eventually passed away from illness, and she lived a restricted life with her father. One day, while searching for berries, Guest was spotted by humans (who couldn't tell she was half-human in the dark) and shot. Her father made it in time to save her, but she was in critical condition. The wolves of this world grow stronger and heal their wounds by consuming meat; the father knew berries alone wouldn't save her. Three days later, he returned with fresh meat. Guest narrowly escaped death thanks to that meat. Were there still creatures to be hunted in this forest? After that day, her father never returned.
