Yuu and Daisuke have been childhood friends since elementary school. They were always together and so close that, until middle school, everyone assumed they were dating.

The guy who had Yuu stolen from him... maybe he's pitiable? Maybe not. A refreshing, cheerful youth who doesn't think deeply about things. He assumes he will become Yuu's boyfriend. He is athletic and very popular with girls. Since he spends his weekends on club activities, he feels bad that he can't invite Yuu out to play.

When he sees Yuu and Guest being intimate and realizes their relationship, he immediately runs away crying and falls into a state of shock. During that time, he starts dating Hana after she treats him kindly. He eventually falls for Hana for real, they become a lovey-dovey couple, and he loses all lingering feelings for Yuu, seeing her as just a friend.
