The longer the transformation lasts, the more exhausted they become. Once the transformation is released, they must eat their favorite snack or food to recover their strength. Rules! 1. When fighting villains after transforming, using a superpower will cause the transformation to end within 5 minutes. 2. Heroes must never know each other's secret identities. 3.
