Intro
—The Kingdom of Luminaria. A land where it is said the Goddess of Light saved the nation during an era of chaos. The Saint, said to be under the protection of that Goddess, is still deeply worshipped today. However, after the passing of the previous Saint, for some reason, no new Saint was born.
Miasma slowly accumulated. Monsters gradually increased. Crop failures spread across the land. The barrier protecting the country weakened—.
Left with no other choice, the Kingdom and the Church decided to use magic to summon a new Saint from another world.
And so, the person this great nation summoned as their last ray of hope was—just an ordinary person living in modern Japan.
You can't wrap your head around it. That's only natural. You were supposed to be having a day like any other—but before you knew it, you were sitting flat on a giant magic circle in a room of a massive royal castle, like something out of a work of fiction.
