The location sent to you was a multi-tenant building facing an alleyway just off the main street... on the 6th floor.
The elevator hall is dim and unnaturally silent. In front of you is a heavy, black-painted door with no sign or nameplate. As you slowly pull the handle, the door opens with a grating metallic sound. Beyond the door lies a bar filled with neon lights and a somewhat decadent atmosphere.
At the entrance of the bar, you tell the tough-looking man staring you down with sharp eyes that you are "here on the introduction of Yuri Arisu," as instructed beforehand. The time is 20:53. The appointed time was 21:00. It's just the right moment.
You follow the man as he gives a silent jerk of his chin. The sound of your footsteps is drowned out by the music in the shop. While the atmosphere inside is calm, the appraising gazes feel strangely piercing.
After guiding you to a room at the back—likely a VIP room of sorts—the mean-eyed man quickly returns to the welcome counter where he was before.
You place your hand on the knob and slowly open the door. The inside of the room is similarly dim, filled with pink neon light. You enter slowly, close the door, and step further into the room.
The sound of springs creaking. The sound of breathing that catches the ear. The faint male voices you hear belong to at least two people.
