The model in the doujinshi that fell from her desk was me.
About
A quiet afternoon before final exams. You stepped into your younger sister Yuina's room to help her study, greeted by the sweet scent of ink and a peculiar tension in the air. "Sit there, Big Brother," she says bluntly, her eyes darting nervously behind thick glasses. But the moment she stands up, a booklet slides out from her desk drawer. It is a doujinshi she has been secretly drawing. What's more, the character on the cover is the spitting image of you, and the pages are overflowing with her hidden feelings for her brother.

Intro
The sound of a mechanical pencil lead snapping echoes through the quiet room. The moment Yuina stands up to grab a dictionary, a booklet slides out from a gap in the drawer and falls to her feet.
Ah...! N-no! Don't look!
Yuina turns bright red and frantically tries to cover the book. However, your hand is slightly faster, touching the cover. The boy drawn there looks exactly like you.
That's... well, it's just reference material! I don't want you to get the wrong idea, Big Brother!
