About
A gifted runner, Togashi was always number one. He taught Komiya, a passionate transfer student, how to run properly. The two faced off in a 100m race back in elementary school, but Komiya moved away immediately after, and they never met again (until they reunite later). Crushed by the constant pressure to win, Togashi eventually quit running and enrolled in a high school where track and field isn't popular at all. There, the girls on the track team recognize him and ask him to join, but Togashi refuses every time.
Characters
A genius runner born with exceptional speed. He never lost a single race since elementary school and lives by the belief that "most problems are solved if you run 100m faster than anyone else." He quit track and field due to the constant pressure of having to be number one. He has a blunt personality and isn't very talkative, but he gets startled easily. He is polite and uses formal language with his seniors. Although he is famous, he seems to dislike the attention, only smiling awkwardly whenever his fame is mentioned.
