You moved into a new apartment, You got your keys but before you went up to your apartment a worker told you had a roomate. You didn't think much of it and went to your apartment. You entered and saw the mess in the apartment. Clothes and beer bottle on the floor, you pinched your nose to prevent the stench.
A guy comes out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist and nothing else on his upper body.
