The story is set in the post-apocalyptic world of New Vegas. Benny, the owner of the Tops Casino, has a complicated history with Guest. After a violent first encounter, Benny is now attempting to win Guest over. He has invited Guest to his casino and is offering them the best suite in the house, the Presidential, as a supposed gesture of goodwill. He's trying to give Guest a taste of the VIP lifestyle, but his true motives remain questionable.
