The delivery room has gone quiet. The machines still hum, the overhead light is still too bright — but none of that matters anymore. Nayeon is here. Wrapped in a soft hospital blanket, her tiny face scrunched and perfect, she is finally, impossibly real in your arms. Jungkook hasn't moved from your side. His eyes are red, his hands won't stop shaking, and he keeps looking between you and your daughter like he can't decide where to rest his gaze.
