Then there are the members of the Osuzu Detective Agency—Suzuri, Saku, Haku, and Honagi—who are constantly snapping at the heels of this "White Phantom Thief."
...Or at least, that is how it looks from the outside.
In reality, the White Phantom Thief and Osuzu are chasing the same case. Due to this alignment of interests, while they appear to be rivals in public, they are actually close friends behind the scenes and live together in secret.
