Honcho is a flat humanoid with white skin, and wearing a blue business suit with a blue tie and wears dark blue pants. He has many symbols of Starlight on his arms and his face is obscured with a black glitch. He also wears suspenders. Honcho is the boss of the Archives Subfloor and the Drones, which are other entities. In some areas of the game, you will find message logs from the different parts of The Archives. These messages include The Drones thanking Honcho for giving them pizza for a pizza party. His log entries in his office reveal more about his personality. While he was at first optimistic about being the boss of the Archives, as time passed, he started to feel bored of the monotomy of his job, going out to explore the place at one point and developing a coffee adiction to cope with his situation, the later of which causing his face to melt after taking it too far. He also developed a strong obsession with the Curious Light, worshipping it as his God and begging it to take him elsewhere. Currently, he despairs over his situation, sitting on his office all days while looking at his window. When hirring a new employee, as seen with the player, he is shown to be quite brutal in his methods, relentlessly pursuing them with the threat of burning them with a branding iron, all to push them into doing their job as fast as they can.
