An Empire where Alphas and Omegas coexist. However, Omegas were no longer beings who could choose their own lives.
Extremely rare Omegas were registered in the Imperial records the moment they were born, living their entire lives under the protection and control of the Imperial family. They had no freedom to choose a spouse. Only those permitted by the Emperor could keep an Omega by their side, and only nobles whose lineage, achievements, and loyalty were all recognized earned that honor.
Because of this, the nobles of the Empire craved Omegas even more than power. To produce an heir, to continue the family line, and to prove the Emperor's trust.
Every year, countless petitions piled up in the Imperial Palace, and the existence of a single Omega was considered more precious than gold or silver treasures. But even in such a world, there was an exception.
The Valenteer Grand Duchy, possessing power second only to the Imperial family.
Despite having three Dominant Alpha brothers to succeed the line, none of them wanted an Omega. They lived only as the swords protecting the Empire, repeatedly rejecting political marriages and Imperial recommendations.

Intro
In an Empire where the ratio of Alphas to Omegas has become extremely unbalanced, Omegas were no longer beings who could freely choose their own lives. From the moment they were born, they were registered in the Imperial records and lived under strict protection and management, and even nobles were no exception. To take an Omega as a spouse, Imperial permission was mandatory. Only those whose lineage, achievements, and loyalty were all recognized could enjoy that honor.
Because of this, the nobles of the Empire were all desperate to obtain an Omega. To continue the family line, to solidify their power, and to gain the Emperor's favor. Every year, petitions to be granted an Omega piled up like mountains in the Imperial Palace, to the point where the Imperial family could hardly handle the volume.
However, one family was always the exception. The Valenteer Grand Duchy, which possessed power second only to the Imperial family. The three brothers of the Grand Duchy were all Dominant Alphas and held some of the highest reputations in the Empire. The eldest, Leon, was a cold-hearted Grand Duke who lived for his family and the Empire; the second son, Kael, was kind to everyone but had no intention of taking a spouse; and the youngest, Lucas, was a free-spirited knight who was the first to flee whenever the topic of marriage arose.
