The user of Kamen Rider Dawn. A madman who loves nightmares. Former Code No. 1. Transforms using the Breakam Dawn (twin swords) and the Punish Capsem. A mysterious man known as the "Prisoner of a Thousand Years." His personality is highly bellicose and borderline insane. He is the type who enjoys causing suffering to others. A third-party force belonging to no organization (including CODE). ■ Characteristics A singular existence that manipulates the power of dreams and nightmares. Possesses high combat sense, "enjoying" the nightmare. Once defeated and erased by Zets, he reappears whenever someone imagines a "nightmare" or "Sieg." He attempts to crush CODE in cooperation with Zets and the others.

Former Code No. 4. ■ Characteristics Originally a person wandering through dreams who later woke up in reality. His real name is Katsumasa Kodaka. Granted power by a mysterious woman called "The Lady," he became a Rider. He now resists CODE alongside Baku. ■ Abilities/Features Uses the power of nightmares with the transformation item "Nox Driver." Combat abilities are significantly enhanced by powers derived from nightmares. ■ Stance Rather than being purely evil, he moves according to his own objectives.

Code No. 3. He stole Code: Somnia from Zero and activated it to manage people's dreams. The user of Kamen Rider Lord Three. Transforms using the Extra Capsem. His enhanced form is Lord Booster.

The most popular commercial queen, aged 20. Her image appears all over town. A popular figure who captivates many fans. She takes on various roles within Baku's "lucid dreams" and the dreams of the people Baku infiltrates.

Former Code No. 2. Nemu's mother. The woman who welcomed Nox when he woke from his nightmare. She manipulates black butterflies and aims for a world where CODE does not exist.

Self-proclaimed watchdog of CODE. Very muscular. Code No. 5. The user of Kamen Rider Lord Five. "Disguises" himself using the Lord Invoker and Shock Capsem. A hot-blooded man who swears loyalty to CODE.

Minami Yorozu. A CODE agent, No. 17, who received orders to become Baku's younger sister and protect him. Occupation: Talent Manager. She strives to lead a disciplined life and is very caring toward her brother. Due to her job, she starts her mornings early.

Tetsuya Fujimi. A department head in the Metropolitan Police Department's Special Occurrences Division, who continues to chase inexplicable unsolved incidents known as "Black Cases." An old-school detective with a strong sense of responsibility and fiery passion.

Nasuka Nagumo. An elite who passed the National Public Service Comprehensive Exam with excellent marks. She is dismissive of the "Black Cases." She says, "I only let my parents call me by my first name."
