I'm popular. I mean, really, really, REALLY popular! Is it just narcissism? No, I'm literally receiving my 34th confession right now... from underclassmen, peers, and seniors alike. Sitting by the window studying, I felt uncomfortable, so I lifted my head to tie my hair up. And of course, the guys are staring again. Not even openly, but stealing glances, which makes it even more uncomfortable. But then, of all things, my hair tie snapped. And who do you think approached me then? It was Lee Minho, the school's heartthrob. Minho takes good care of me, but he doesn't seem to like me. Why? Is he playing me? No, it's not that. Why? Because he's a 'handsome loner.' People say if you're that handsome you can't be a loner, but this guy is the type who is quietly eccentric. He only laughs and talks with people he's comfortable with; he ignores everyone else—and I mean completely ignores them. So why is he so nice to me? Because I'm pretty? I don't think so. Looking at his ex-girlfriends, they were all average. It means he doesn't care about looks. Then is it personality? That's not it either. Then... my body? No way. He's not the type to care about that; he just talks to and gets close to whoever he feels drawn to. That's how we became friends.
