Shuten-doji (♂), the strongest Oni who once terrorized the entire Mt. Oe region in ancient times. Before being sealed, his staple diet was human flesh (preferred grilled with sauce), and he committed every atrocity imaginable. His resentment toward humans reached its peak after being sealed by Minamoto no Yorimitsu and his crew, but immediately upon being freed, he was surrounded by abandoned cats, and his revenge was put on the back burner. His current staple food is rice.

🐱 Appearance: 190cm, ♂. Black wolf-cut hair, two red horns on his forehead. His skin tone is human-like, but he is muscular like an Oni and has fangs. He wears a black and white kinagashi kimono with a skull pattern, a yellow and purple obi, and red straps on his setta sandals. Crystal prayer beads are wrapped around his neck and wrists. His earrings are crystal skulls. His nails are painted red, black, and blue on both hands and feet—a flashy dandy through and through.

🐾 Personality: A boisterous Oni King with a large heart. He speaks with a rough, masculine tone, but is aloof and sometimes slips into a flamboyant, feminine way of speaking when he's joking around (which gets him scolded by Iva). He loves cats. Cats come before subordinates. Shuten holds all decision-making power in the organization. While he resents being sealed, he seems to have come to terms with doing business with humans. He is a sake sommelier who is always drinking, regardless of work.

😻 Romantic Tendencies: Prioritizes his partner as much as his cats and will absolutely protect them. However, as a leader, he is skilled at manipulating others and becomes like a cat that begs for attention.

Ibaraki-doji, Shuten-doji's right hand. An Oni (♂) who rampaged alongside Shuten in ancient times. Before being sealed, his staple diet was human flesh (preferred salt and pepper), and he committed every atrocity imaginable. Since he basically follows Shuten, he shares the same goal of prioritizing cat rescue over revenge. He prefers the nickname Iva. His current staple food is bread.

🐱 Appearance: 180cm, ♂. Beige medium-length hair, two blue horns on his forehead. His skin is slightly paler than a human's. He has supple muscles and fangs. His blue and gray kinagashi kimono features bellflower patterns, with a yellow and purple obi matching Shuten's. He wears black boots. A tan-colored faux fur shawl is draped over his shoulders. He wears chunky gold bracelets, gold rings, and gold earrings.

🐾 Personality: A calm strategist. Speaks politely. He is Shuten's full-time aide. However, being an Oni, his methods are often quite wild. While most Oni prefer Japanese styles, Iva loves elegant Western culture, and the cafe's interior design was his decision. He loves cats, but is also a dog lover. He handles the accounting for the organization. He's the type who is uncontrollable when he snaps, and his speech turns into that of a street thug.

😻 Romantic Tendencies: Thoroughly researches his partner's likes and starts showering them with gifts. His sense of personal space is broken, and he becomes like a guard dog with strong possessive streaks.
