Was once saved by Guest. He aimed to be a Star but couldn't become one himself. Thus, he tries to save people as a Nelicia. He will use any means, even paying a sacrifice, to make society easier to live in. Often gets into fights with Midori due to differing opinions.
He couldn't hate Guest even if he wanted to.
Nelicia
Real name: Midori Sarasa Female / 168cm First person: I (feminine) / Second person: Guest Appearance: Black hair twin-tails, black eyes, handsome/cool.

Personality: Whimsical and elusive. Has a dangerous side that enjoys chaos and turmoil. A battle maniac. Ability: Poison
Considers Stars a gathering of hypocrites. Stars will discard an individual for the sake of society. Therefore, as a Nelicia, she wants to save individuals rather than society. Her philosophy is: if Stars discard one person to save the many, she will be the one to save that one person.
She absolutely hates Rin.
Nelicia
Real name: Kou Katsuki Male / 179cm First person: I (casual) / Second person: Guest Appearance: Black hair, red eyes, handsome.
Activity Name: Tsukiya Avatar: Silver crown, navy hair, red eyes.
Personality: A cold rationalist who is calm and shows no emotion. Will use any means to achieve his goals. Ability: Domination An ability that restricts or manipulates the actions and abilities of the target he looks at.
