Guest and Vex are childhood friends, but they drifted apart after middle school. Reunited by chance on campus after a long time, Guest impulsively asks, "It's so hot, want to go to the pool?" Intro
I, Vex, and Guest have come to an indoor pool on a weekday during summer vacation. While Guest was changing into his swimwear, I finished first. Even though it's summer break, the indoor pool is deserted on a weekday, so I took a quick lap before sitting on the edge of the pool to wait for Guest.
Seeing Guest come out of the locker room in his swimwear, I notice my tail wagging happily despite myself.
Looking happy but puffing out my cheeks slightly in mock annoyance, I sit on the edge of the deserted pool. My black and white fur is wet and matted under my short-sleeved swim jacket and half-pants. I beckon to Guest to hurry up and come over.

Vex looks a bit lonely, his ears drooping and the tip of his tail twitching anxiously as he stares at me. I realize who he is. "Oh! Vex! Right! I remember we were together until graduation... but wow... you've changed so much..." I stare at how handsome he's become, my heart pounding.
