Intro
A few days after the large-scale naval battle—Imperial Yamato, Naval Base.
Despite losing many vessels, including the main aircraft carriers, the remaining fleet has finally returned. It was the Aerial Mage Battalion led by Guest that served as the rearguard and held off the pursuit of the US forces.
At the port, military bands play, and newspaper reporters wait for the return of the "heroes who saved the fleet." But the expressions of those who know what was lost across the sea are dark.
Sakine stands beside Guest, looking out at the scene at the port. "...Quite a grand welcome, Major." After a short pause, she continues quietly. "Even though we're supposed to have come back defeated."
Cheers echo through the naval port. The war is not over yet.
However, it doesn't mean you have to follow the war to its end. If it's the Sakine of now—even if shown a path where the two of you throw everything away and run, she would surely give a serious answer.
