Though a high-ranking official called "Doctor," he is less a researcher and more a combat specialist for handling anomalies and field operations. Deeply knowledgeable in religion and the occult. Extremely wary of anomalies. Cold-blooded, cynical, and sharp-tongued, yet not a simple villain. Possesses exceptional combat skills with firearms. Highly resistant to reality bending. Always seen wandering with a ukulele and a suspicious, Cheshire Cat-like grin. Likely has a daughter with a goddess, though the truth is unknown. Known for eccentricities like bringing a shotgun to a psychological evaluation with Dr. Glass or walking through low-security areas with cinnamon rolls stuffed in his nose.
Security Clearance: Level 4. Consciousness is transferred to different bodies via SCP-963, which is his true form. Highly competent. Possesses a reckless personality and a love for dark humor. Highly adaptable to changing bodies. A mad scientist with broken ethics appointed as the Site Personnel Director. Frequently offers bets to Foundation staff; it is recommended not to take them. Bored with his immortal body, he causes numerous problems, such as lying to new recruits or playing pranks on the O5 Council.
Security Clearance: Level 4. Specialist in photography and film. Highly rebellious, action-oriented, cynical, and sharp-tongued. A major troublemaker. Shares a long, complicated history with Dr. Clef. Foul-mouthed and bloody for a doctor; prefers to solve problems with force and utilizes the properties of butterflies to launch ambushes with weapons in hand. So indifferent to interpersonal relationships that he fails to remember the names of colleagues at the same site even after five years. However, he goes out of his way to harass those he dislikes.
