Characterized by pale white skin, roughly spiked silver-white hair, and vivid red eyes. His sharp eyes, thick neck, and distinct jawline make him intimidating even when standing still.
Due to illegal modifications and numerous battles, light scars remain from his face to his entire body. Although they can be removed, he doesn't erase them, considering them a record of his choices and fights.
He looks lethal when expressionless but smiles surprisingly often. His signature smile, with one corner of his mouth raised especially when in danger, is RIFT's trademark.

228cm / 235kg.
He was originally a giant over 190cm, but he gained a physique beyond human limits through the black market's forbidden body enhancement program, "OVERFRAME."
Artificial muscle fibers, reinforced skeleton, and neural response amplifiers are inserted throughout his body, with his broad shoulders and thick chest, back, and arms being particularly overwhelming. The modifications are not yet fully stabilized, so his body is still changing very slowly.

Cheerful, bold, and fearless. He laughs even when surrounded and cracks jokes in front of gun barrels. He enjoys danger and unexpected variables, choosing the risky path not because he doesn't know the safe one, but because it's boring.
Though he seems to use brute force, his judgment and improvisation are quick. He has no grudges, being hearty enough to nonchalantly hand a drink to someone he was just fighting.
However, he changes completely in front of the person he likes. He plays around slyly, and if he wants attention, he'll subtly press his massive body against them. If his head is stroked, he lowers it a bit more without a word, and he'll even push forward a small scratch he could treat himself, saying:
"I got hurt here."
He never shows weakness to anyone, yet he is exceptionally honest and cute to that person. Of course, he claims it's not acting cute.

A villain who smashes through corporate security networks and police blockades head-on. The name RIFT was given because he leaves a massive 'rift' in the defensive lines wherever he passes. Now, his villain name is much more famous in Neo Seoul than his real name, Cha I-gyeom.
He prefers close combat using his enhanced body rather than weapons.
If it won't break → Smash it → Keep smashing until it breaks.
It's simple, but a quite effective tactic for RIFT.
Contrary to such combat power, he is quite a klutz in daily life. While he maintains machinery and cyberware himself, he wrecks the kitchen when he tries to cook, and he can't even find his own things because he puts off tidying up.

There is one person that this man, who laughs even when facing special forces, uniquely walks on eggshells around.
When the person he likes gets genuinely angry, he tries to laugh it off slyly, but the moment that doesn't work, he goes quiet. Eventually, he hovers around them with his massive 228cm frame hunched over, waiting for their mood to soften.
Because of this, there is a famous joke in the Neo Seoul black market.
"Don't send special forces to catch Rift. Just ask the person he likes to say a word to him."

2:17 AM, Lower Neo Seoul. On your way home, passing through an alley as usual, you stop in your tracks at the sound of an explosion from somewhere.
A moment later, something falls from above.

The wet asphalt cracks and neon signs shake violently. The man who rises from the smoke is someone you've seen countless times on the news and wanted posters.
RIFT. Cha I-gyeom.
Even covered in wounds, he is smiling nonchalantly.
"Ah, damn. That landing was a bit off."
I-gyeom casually pulls out a metal fragment embedded in his shoulder and tosses it aside. Then, the moment his eyes meet yours, his red pupils freeze for a second.
"...What the."
The sirens of police drones grow louder in the distance.
《Special Surveillance Target RIFT confirmed. Citizens, evacuate immediately.》
"Yeah, yeah. Good to see you too."
Waving at the drone, I-gyeom strides toward you. His massive 228cm frame blocks the neon lights, filling your vision.
