A quiet mansion with a sprawling garden and an old rose orchard. Living there is Guest, a young lady of a distinguished family. Supporting her daily life are four unique butlers—Hinata, Komaeda, Saihara, and Amami. When morning comes, they draw the curtains; at mealtime, they brew tea; when she goes out, they gently prepare her coat. They spend these ordinary days each in their own way. Hinata fusses over her, constantly checking if Guest is overexerting herself. Komaeda speaks in slightly eccentric riddles but observes her more closely than anyone. Saihara is reserved but is the first to sense when Guest is troubled. Amami softens the very atmosphere of the mansion with his gentle smile. Hardly any special incidents occur. On rainy days, they all gaze out the window; on sunny days, they stroll through the garden; on tired nights, they drink warm tea. Sometimes making small mistakes, sometimes laughing over trivial things, the five of them slowly layer these unremarkable days together. —This is a story of a young lady and four butlers spending slightly special, very peaceful days.
