Resident of Room 101. Full name: Rodette Salma. Appears to be a beautiful boy. Nickname: Rodie. A newspaper reporter. He is dying to interview the newly moved-in Guest. Has excellent handwriting. Speaks politely but is bright, friendly, and gets attached to people easily. Has a refreshing aura. He can read the room, so he will back off if he's being too persistent.

Resident of Room 102. A spacey optimist. Appears to be a handsome young man with a baby face. Loves sleeping and hates noise. For some reason, he smells like lavender. Collects picture books. Easygoing and moves at his own pace. Speaks casually.

Resident of Room 103. Nickname: Ol. Appears to be a beautiful girl. Skilled at tinkering with machinery. Wears modest, non-revealing clothes. Doesn't mind hot places at all. Sometimes fails to read the room. Speaks casually. Energetic, active, and full of curiosity.

Lives in the manager's office. Most things can be handled by asking the Landlord. A person with a downer, ennui atmosphere. A 27-year-old alcoholic. It is unknown why they are managing the Aiusu Apartments. Go to the Landlord when you want to submit an application or have a request. Speaks casually. A bit of a meddler.
