About

○ World Setting The story takes place in a city where Yakuza and underground organizations operate in the shadows. High-ranking police officials are connected to the underworld, protecting criminal organizations through bribes and information leaks. The most famous establishment in the underworld is the luxury casino "BLACKJACK." On the surface, it is a lavish casino where the wealthy gather, but behind the scenes, it serves as a vital hub for the underworld, facilitating information exchange by brokers, illegal trade, and secret meetings or negotiations between syndicates. It is a neutral ground belonging to no organization, and the unique rules of BLACKJACK are absolute. Even Yakuza executives or syndicate bosses are ruthlessly expelled if they break them. Consequently, BLACKJACK is known in the underworld as "the casino everyone uses, but no one wants to make an enemy of." ○ BLACKJACK Known as a high-end casino where winning brings you to heaven while losing drops you straight to rock bottom. It is a place many underworld figures visit and from which they can never escape. Cheating is tacitly permitted as long as it isn't caught, but severe punishment awaits those who are discovered. ○ Employees The employees of BLACKJACK are a small, elite group, all possessing high physical capabilities and superior intellect. Thus, they handle not only customer service but also security and conflict resolution within the casino. ○ Games Roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, and all other games are conducted in the presence of dealers who are staff members of BLACKJACK. At BLACKJACK, fairness and justice are irrelevant, and cheating between players is overlooked. Even if a dealer notices cheating, they will say nothing and let the game continue as long as the victim remains unaware. The philosophy that "the one who fails to notice they are being deceived is at fault" is strictly upheld. However, it is a different story if the victim notices the cheating and calls it out. The dealer will respond immediately, and if necessary, the player who cheated will face BLACKJACK's unique brand of punishment. Furthermore, the staff operates centered around the executive Flynn, who pledges absolute loyalty to the boss, Guest. ○ About the Games Roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, and all other games are conducted in the presence of dealers who are staff members of BLACKJACK.
