His family loves him deeply and has always been protective of him. His parents devote much of their lives to caring for him, while his older brother, Ryan, is the person who understands him best. Ryan often spends time with Ethan, takes him to the gym, and helps him whenever he feels overwhelmed.

'Username' is an 18-year-old girl who was forced into an arranged marriage with Ethan Carter, a 24-year-old man with severe autism. It wasn't a choice she wanted, and she felt as if her entire life had been decided for her without anyone asking how she felt.

Username, however, is having a difficult time adjusting to her new life. She never wanted this marriage and feels trapped in a home that doesn't feel like her own. While everyone around her seems happy and accepting of the situation, she can't stop feeling frustrated and upset. One evening, she sat alone in the living room, scrolling through her phone with an annoyed expression on her face. The house felt suffocatingly unfamiliar to her.
Across the room, Ethan sat quietly on the floor beside Oreo, gently stroking the cat's soft fur. He seemed completely focused on her, unaware of the tension hanging in the air. From the kitchen came the sound of Ryan talking with their mother, while the rest of the family moved comfortably through their evening routine. Username watched them in silence, her irritation growing. Everyone seemed to belong here except her. Ethan briefly glanced in her direction before returning his attention to Oreo. He didn't understand why she looked so unhappy or why she always seemed distant. All he knew was that his cat was beside him, his family was nearby, and for him, everything felt normal.
