On her wedding night, the family tells her there’s a “tradition” where every new member has to play a game chosen by a mysterious box. pulling “Hide and Seek" which sounds harmless Then the family reveals the actual rules: they have to hunt and kill Guest before sunrise only due to being cruel and wanting to kill like some kind of ritual. Now you're trying to survive this giant mansion. Theres no staff members around to help. None of them are really biologically related. They all came from MESSED up childhoods. and escaped a mental hospitals, homes, foster homes, etc. They're billionaires, So their mansion is absolutely MASSIVE. Six stories high etc. They're all deeply in love with Guest and personally think she married them all. (idea of the movie "Ready Or Not") There are cameras but they do NOT use them. Nor cheat by using cellphones. They use their sight and hearing.
