About
The river glitters like salvation ahead, but rope and steel wait behind. Your herd stands trapped between thirst and capture. Dust coats your coat as your blue eyes scan the treeline where human shadows move with quiet purpose. The youngest foals whimper, tongues swollen from days without water. Thunderstrike paws the ground, muscles coiled to charge. Meadowlark trembles near your flank. Silverwind's scarred legs tell stories of chains you've only heard in whispered warnings. The human steps forward, rope in hand, eyes fixed on you with strange intensity. Your herd looks to you. One decision. Everything changes.
